Mary von Paumgartten

Chief Innovation Officer

I grew up in a middle class family. We always got what we needed but not always what we wanted. My father was the vice president of a family owned construction company. He was the only non family member & worked there for 50 years. He was also an estimator & worked on the blueprints that he brought home & spread out on the kitchen table to work on at night. I was enthralled by the whole process & accompanied him on many of his job sites. He oversaw the construction & renovation of many of the iconic buildings in Milwaukee.

The one thing that I remember the most is that he knew all the names of the workers & their trade & he would refer to them in that way. I learned to admire the skill & dedication of the people who helped build our city, so for me the working class reigns supreme. To this day I believe that business owners & the people who supply services are the heartbeat of our country.

How we spend, where we spend, why we spend. Empowering the individual to control their finances in real time. It makes your expenditures more sustainable & cost effective. Small business, families & individuals can have an impact on the financial viability of our country & the world. We can make a future that is responsible & cost effective that will help to create a sustainable economy.
