This revenue stream will be available by using the MIST Card for individuals, families, organizations and communities. The rebate ranges from 2.5% to 4% of purchases/payments and will exceed any service charges or convenience fees occasionally charged for the use of a credit card as the method of payment.
This revenue stream will be reflected by an increase in profit margins due to a lower cost of doing business through the usage of MIST. This can provide a more competitive product or service that leads to additional sales and greater market share. If that business aggregates their business and suppliers, they can increase profit levels by 15% to 25%.
This revenue stream is derived from improved management of internal costs through data secured through MIST. These practices can be implemented throughout the businesses’ supply chain to achieve additional efficiencies and cost savings. These organizational efficiencies combined with the use of innovative financial tools and reporting from MIST’s Thumbprint Report maximize savings and mitigate risks from inflation.
This savings stream is derived from the management and reporting of energy, environmental and transportation expenses from the Thumbprint Report powered by MIST. This includes a Carbon Reduction Calculation process which can be aggregated by Productive Environments to secure additional future revenue.
Financial incentives are currently being provided to small business and additional benefits will be coming online in 2025. These funding sources are often in the form of grants or tax credits which directly impact profitability and growth opportunities. Some of these programs include grants for energy and water efficiency programs, rewards for efficient facility operations and tax credits or deductions that facilitate implementation of these initiatives. The MIST process monitors these programs, and measures the impact provided to the organization.
This savings stream is derived from a local financial institution that teams with Personal Environments to provide rewards and recognition to local businesses that utilize IRIS, MIST’s reporting platform, to provide real and measurable results. This reporting will include Energy, Environmental and Best Practices of local businesses that utilize the local financial institution partner programs designed for small business.

I grew up in a middle class family. We always got what we
needed but not always what we wanted. My father was the vice president of a family owned construction
company. He was the only non family member & worked there for 50 years. He was also an estimator & worked on the blueprints that he brought home
& spread out on the kitchen table to work on at night. I was enthralled by the whole process & accompanied him on many of his job sites. He oversaw the
construction & renovation of many of the iconic buildings in Milwaukee.
The one thing that I remember the most is that he knew all the names of the
workers & their trade & he would refer to them in that way. I learned
to admire the skill & dedication of the people who helped build our
city, so for me the working class reigns supreme. To this day I believe that business owners & the people who supply
services are the heartbeat of our country.
How we spend, where we spend, why we spend. Empowering the individual to control their finances in real time. It makes your
expenditures more sustainable & cost effective. Small business, families
& individuals can have an impact on the financial viability of our country & the world.
We can make a future that is responsible & cost effective that will help to create a
sustainable economy.
Because of this Mist was created…..
